The story continues the story of Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Inc. gang on another sleuthing adventure. In the beginning of the story, a chase is happening with Fred, Daphne, Shaggy, and Scooby Doo (voice of Frank Welker) chasing after a cloaked figure. Fred tackles the figure and Daphne rips off the hood and everyone is shocked to see who it is. The story then jumps to a week earlier where school has just ended.
